Welcome to the TMLI web store. Please review the following basic terms that govern your use of, and purchase of, products from our site. Please note that your use of our site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by those terms.


By using our website, you agree to the Terms of Use. We may change or update these terms so please check this page regularly. TMLI shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if TMLI has been advised of the possibility of damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitations or exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusion may not apply to you. TMLI reserves the right to revise or remove content on this website at any given time

Unless otherwise noted all materials, including images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips, written, and other materials that appear as part of this site are copyrights, trademarks, trade dress and/or other forms of intellectual property owned, controlled, and/or used under license or with other legal authority by TMLI. The site as a whole is protected by copyright and trade dress, all worldwide rights, titles and interest in and to which are owned by TMLI.

Return Policy:

  • General Return Policy
    • Returns for Refund within 30 days of purchase date
      • 15% restocking fee may apply 
      • Returned Item must be in new condition and returned with all packaging
      • Initial shipping fees are non-refundable
      • The customer is responsible for return shipping cost
  • Returns for Replacement within 1 year of purchase date
    • TMLI replaces products for manufacturer defects only
    • TMLI may take 30 days or more to review and analysis all returned products for replacement purposes before shipment of a replacement
    • The customer is responsible for the return shipping co 
  • Limited Return Policy and Procedure
    • Returning for a Refund within 30 Days
      • Returns are only approved if within 30 days of the purchase date, no refunds are issued after the 30 days have passed
      • Email TMLI for a RMA number form, Return Merchandise Authorization, before the 30 days have expired and if purchased with a Credit Card please provide the card number on the RMA form so we can credit back the correct amount.
      • One RMA number per each item, multiple returns require a RMA for each return item, RMA numbers are good for 15 days
      • When returning an item(s) it is recommended that you use a carrier that has tracking of the packages and insurance for shipping damages or loss. You may want to take pictures of the package before shipping, TMLI will not be responsible for any shipping loss or damage.
      • All returns must be in new and re-saleable condition must have the original packaging, and accessories. 
      • TMLI does not refund for physically damaged goods or missing parts and/or shipping cost.
      • Please allow 5-7 business days to process the return once it has been received back to our office.
      • Please indicate the purpose of the return. TMLI doesn’t refund on damaged goods or failure to follow warranty requirements.
      • If there packaging damage from shipping the original purchase please notify TMLI of the damage within 3 days of receiving it and take pictures of the damaged shipping package.
      • TMLI reserve the right to refuse service that would void the return policy
  • Returns for Replacement
    • TMLI offers a 1 year warranty for replacement of our product due to manufacturer failure(s). 
    • To prevent order discrepancies, all returns indicating or requesting an exchange for different item will be treated as a refunded and must meet the refund policy and then a new order will need to be placed for the different item. 
    • If you do not include the proper and required information with your return you will be contacted by one of our customer support representatives. 
    • A replacement can be made for the same product unless the model is no longer available in which case you will be contacted for an appropriate replacement choice.
  • Restocking Fees
    • A 15% restocking fee will be applied for all returns for a refund if the reason for the return is due to customer error. 
  • Return Discrepancy
    • TMLI will reject the entire return or may choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of any missing parts or components submitted for refund. The same policy applies if the product has scratches, dents or excessive wear.
    • Certain information may be require for proof of previous damage
      • Photo of damage package prior to opening it
      • Photo of damage or incorrect item immediately after package has been opened
    • TMLI will not accept any returns without a RMA number and will ship the package back at the customer’s expense

Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order prior to finalizing your purchase

Shipping & Delivery

Please verify that all shipping information is correct once the order has been shipped TMLI can no longer make corrections and TMLI is not responsible for shipments to a wrong address

If package does not arrive in the appropriate time please verify the shipping address information is correct and that the delivery schedule is correct before contacting TMLI. If all is correct then contact TMLI by email for an update on your order.

All orders to be processed within approximately one to two "business" days, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with the payment verification. Orders will not be processed on weekends and holidays. Orders placed on Friday will be shipped on the Next Monday even air shipment, so Ground shipment will be more economical

Taxes and Fees 

  • All orders delivered to a California address will be charged the appropriate sales tax.
  • All taxes and Fees will be displayed before final acceptance of placing the order, if you see fees or charges on your credit card not on the order please contact TMLI by email at order@trinitymli.com 

Payment Methods and Billing Term

  • We are only using PayPal for payments
  • We do not accept Credit Cards International or Domestic at this time
  • We do not accept personal checks or company checks
  • If you pay with PayPal please use order@trinitymli.com and please provide us with your confirm shipping address registered with PayPal or the order will be delayed for confirmation purposes
  • Please verify that all billing information is correct of the order will be delayed


  • Price, description, and terms are subject to change without notice and we do not refund the price difference
  • TMLI is not responsible for errors in typography and/or photography
  • TMLI attempts to be as accurate as possible in our pricing, as well as our typographical and photographic depictions of products for sale, however, all prices are subject to change without notice. 
  • We cannot guarantee that product descriptions/specifications, pricing or any other content on Trinity Mobile Lighting Inc. website is accurate, complete, or current. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, informational, technical or other errors
  • TMLI shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to either honor the displayed price or refuse/cancel any orders placed for that product at the incorrect price.
